The accommodation includes :

- A sliding door leads from the lounge to a large balcony equipped with a new gas BBQ, plus dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.
- The property has three bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans, and tower fans.
- The master bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite with upgraded shower.
- Bedroom two has a queen size bed and the the third bedroom has two king single beds.
- All bed linen is provided with the rental cost.
- There is a main shower room also with upgraded shower, there is a separate toilet.
- Unlimited WiFi internet included – 100Mbps NBN.
- The Sony Blu-Ray DVD player has a built in Netflix application – you can log in to your own account and catch up on shows in HD when relaxing at the end of the day. Telstra TV box to connect to your Stan or Amazon Prime account.
- There is a wide external staircase to the apartment, unfortunately no lift.
- There is a garage available and undercover parking for two cars in the marked bays.
The property is non-smoking and sleeps a maximum of 6 adults.

Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
